Please note that the descriptions below apply to BT110 firmware version v1.0.7.6 or older.  Please see the BT110 set-based call feature support for BT110 firmware version v1.0.7.7 and above.

Key differences between BT110 and BT120:

    1. BT110:
      1. Both Alexa Voice Service (AVS) and Alexa Communication (ACM) are enabled, all set-based call features disabled since ACM does not support call features.
      2. The “Flash” icon is present in the BT110 TC and Mobile App, mimicking the “Flash Hook” of the RJ11 POTS phone. The Flash Hook event can be sent via the following mechanisms if enabled: SIP Info, SIP Notify (if the SIP Proxy/Server sends Subscribe).

    1. BT120:
      1. AVS enabled, but ACM disabled. Therefore, cannot use voice commands to control calls.
      2. Set-based call features are enabled. Therefore, call feature icons such as “Hold”, “Transfer”, “Resume”, “Switch”, “Merge” etc. for call feature controls are explicitly displayed in the BT120 TC and Mobile App. No “Flash” icon is available.
