When using the Digitmap to collect the digits for dialing (e.g., from an analog phone of the BT110 RJ11/FXS port), the BT110 chooses the shortest entry that matches the digits to stop collecting more digits and start applying the Digit Replacement Rules before dialing.  However, when applying the Digit Replacement Rules to a number when calling using Alexa voice commands, the Mobile App, the Tablet Controller, or the FXS port analog phone, the BT110 chooses the longest entry in the Digit Replacement Rules that matches the digits to perform digit replacements.

Please see Dialing Plan, Digitmap, and Digit Replacement Rules for details about Digitmap and Digit Replacement Rules.
