How to enable/disable the Alexa Request Sounds

You can enable/disable the Alexa Request Sounds using the Setup App or through the BT device web console.  By default, the Alexa Request Sounds are enabled. To use the Setup App, navigate to the Alexa Options drop-down in the Setup App.

To use the BT device web console to enable/disable the Alexa Request Sounds, navigate to System > Alexa Settings.
