Yes, the BT110 have the following Set-Based Call Features enabled starting from software version v1.0.7.7:

  • Call hold
  • Call waiting
  • Blind and Consulted Call Transfer
  • Three-Way Calling

It is best to use the BuddyTalk Mobile App and Tablet Controller to activate/control the set-based call features.

Some other means such as the analog phone connected to the FXS port, the buttons on the BT110’s touch panel, and some voice commands may also be used to control call features.  However, in order to maintain call state synchronization, some constraints do exist when using these other means to control/activate the set-base call features
