BT110 supports Alexa-to-Alexa calls, drop-ins, messaging, and announcements.  To make or receive PSTN calls, you need a phone service from a VoIP service provider of your choice or through you office IP-PBX or the hosted voice service your office phone system subscribes to. You will then enter the telephony/SIP account, account credentials, and SIP parameter settings from your VoIP service provider to the BT110 device.
