Can I enable the VLAN feature on the BT110 device’s Wi-Fi interface?

No. The BT110 VLAN feature is applicable to the Ethernet interface only.  Also note that the following three network features, Dual Homed, VPN, and VLAN, are mutually exclusive, i.e., only one of the three features can be activated at one time.
