What accounts and credentials are required?

To setup a BT110 device, you will need to following account credentials:

  • Your Amazon account. Visit https://alexa.amazon.com to create a new account if you do not have an existing Amazon account.
  • SIP/Telephony account from your service provider, or the IP-PBX information and extension number if you are connecting the BT110 to your business IP-PBX. Please contact your Telephony/VoIP service provider to obtain your telephony/SIP account credentials and settings.
  • Web console user ID/PW if you need to access the BT110 web console.  The default user ID/PW is pasted on the bottom of the BuddyTalk device.
