When making
PC-to-Phone calls with BuddyTalk, you can also:
- Search
the global database of BuddyTalk users
- Create
and call buddies from your own address book
- Use
memory speed dial
- Review
history of past calls placed or received and redial them directly
For
PC-to-Phone Calls
Upon starting
BuddyTalk the first time, you must first enter your information in the
"Device Configuration" window that opens:

Once you
have entered the information in this window you can still access it
at anytime to edit the information by clicking on Options->Device
Configuration on the BuddyTalk Dialer.
Creating
a BuddyTalk Account
Before
you can make your first PC-to-Phone call using BuddyTalk, you must create
a BuddyTalk account. To do this, click on the "My Buddies"
icon
(
).
A registration page will open. Simply fill out the form and submit your
registration.
To begin
making a call to a standard telephone from your computer, make sure
that "PC-to-Phone" mode is selected in the display of the
BuddyTalk Dialer interface:

Simply
dial the same way you would from a standard telephone and then click
on the phone icon:

You can
now call any telephone in over 200 countries at low, low International
calling rates.
