Upon starting BuddyTalk the first time, you must first enter your information in the "Device Configuration" window that opens:
Once you have entered the information in this window you can still access it at anytime to edit the information by clicking on Options->Device Configurationon the BuddyTalk Dialer.
Before placing a PC-to-PC call to another BuddyTalk user you must first know their "Device No." Use the "Global Search" feature in the "BuddyTalk Dialer" to look up their "Device No." Once you have found your buddy, select them and then click the "Add to Address Book" button for future easy access to their number.
To begin making a call to another BuddyTalk user, make sure that "PC-to-PC" mode is selected in the display of the BuddyTalk Dialer interface:
Simply enter their "Device No." and then click on the phone icon:
You can now talk to another registered BuddyTalk user anywhere in the world over the Internet for FREE!!
